The Spanish entry Brujería has been remixed for the Eurovision Song Contest. As Spanish broadcaster TVE and Son de Sol announced today, the sound of the song has drastically changed compared to the original version of Brujería that won the Spanish national final.

The changes to the song were important because the song Brujería was presented at the Spanish national final in an unfinished version. The song has now been remixed in Milan. “The sound of the song has changed a lot,” Son de Sol said about the Eurovision Song Contest version of their song.

The three Spanish sisters Lola, Esperanza and Sole have also been working on their choreography for Kyiv. Their act for the Spanish final was their own creation. For the Eurovision Song Contest act they teamed up with Javier Castillo Poti choreographer of Operación Triunfo and last year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest act for María Isabel's song Antes muerta que sencilla.

Also the dresses will be changed. “It will be similar to the Spanish national final,” Son de Sol say, “but with a surprise.” Son de Sol will be acompanied by 'El pollo', a member of the band Cherokees, who'll see for the rap intermezzo. Moreover there will be two dancers on stage: David Campos and Jesús Llorent.

In the meanwhile Son de Sol keep believing in a Eurovision Song Contest victory. “We are not afraid of it. We are looking foward to be there to sing to all the people and give them our music. For us it is a dream and we want to win.” The Spanish representatives have already listened to some of their competitors for Kyiv. “The level is good,” they say, “but our song will be the number one.

Son de Sol will be representing Spain in the final of the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest on 21st May in Kyiv.
