Tonight we randomly picked the winners of the Glennis Grace quiz. The five lucky ones all gave a correct answer to the question: in which year the Netherlands hosted the Eurovision Song Contest for the last time? The anwer: 1980.

In 1979, Israel won the Eurovision Song Contest again (after winning in 1978 too), but was not able to host the contest two times in a row. When the European Broadcasting Union consulted its member broadcasters, it appeared that the Netherlands was prepared to take over the job from IBA. Although the Netherlands won the contest for the last time in 1975, the last time the country organised it was 1980.
