RTP's press department carefully denied all rumours that Dana International, who won the Eurovision Song Contest back in 1998 with Diva, will represent Portugal in Kiev. Meanwhile, inside sources confirmed to oikotimes.com that Dana International is a likely option. Escportugal.pt.vu meanwhile named Joana Melo as possibile participant today, also based on inside sources. The fact that both sources claim to have official sources makes the story even more suspicious…
Portugal will officially announce its participant at the Head of Delegation's meeting in Kiev, which starts on Monday. It seems that we will have to wait until then!
