During the Melodifestivalen 2005 rehearsals, esctoday.com editor, Barry Viniker, caught up with one of the competition's best known teams. Bobby Ljunggren, Henrik Wikstrom and Robert Olausson wrote three of the final 32 songs this year, and have two in the final tomorrow night.

Working for their Lionheart record label, the trio have been responsible for numerous entries in Sweden and abroad and launched successful careers of several artists. Here are some of the questions that were put to them.

How did your songs in this year's final come about?

Sanna Nielsen & Fredrik Kempe – Du och jag mot världen

We started working on this with Fredrik in June and immediately felt that it should be a duet. We talked about Shirley Clamp before Att alska dig came up and asked Sanna to work on the song then. She has previous Melodifestivalen experience and can give a strong performance. We had the demo ready in September and final vocals were done in January.

Shirley Clamp – Att älska dig

We began working on this song in July as a follow up to her song from Melodifestivalen 2004 Min Kärlek. It started as a song in English called Miracle but we changed it to Swedish because that's the language that her hits have been in so far. It was difficult, and we tried with a couple of writers before Sonia (one of the backing singers) came up with this version. If it wins Melodifestivalen, we will change it back to English for the Eurovision Song Contest.
