As one of the best known and most popular pre-selections for the Eurovision Song Contest takes place, esctoday.com have no less than three editors on the ground in Stockholm to bring you all the news from Melodifestivalen 2005. The event is becoming even more intriguing with a new poll showing less than 6% between the top six acts.
In a poll of over 73,000 people, national newspaper Aftonbladets , Nanne Gronvall has come out top of the list, with less than a three percent lead. Although broadly following the bookies� odds, the songs in second and third are separated by just 0.1% and there are three songs that cannot be separated sharing fourth place. Despite Alcazar hitting top spot in the singles chart with Alcastar , they are lagging behind in 8th place in the poll.
