We saw Johnny Logan, Marlayne, Maxine & Franklin Brown and other well-known Eurovision Song Contest related people. It's not too hard to guess where we are located at this moment: the PepsiStage in Amsterdam, where the final of the Dutch Nationaal Songfestival 2005 takes place.
We spoke with Dennis & Renee, who will sing One look tonight. A sneak preview learned us that Renee will wear a new dress. “We haven't made changes to the music”, songwriter Arjan Lange told us.
Tony Neef, one of lead voices of Airforce, is eager to win the Dutch final to represent his country in Kiev. “We enjoy this very much, as friends, as performers, as singers. We think this song is excellent for the Eurovision Song Contest and it would be great for Johnny Logan to be present with a song at the 50th edition. And don't forget it's 25 years ago he won for the first time with What's another year”, Tony told us. “Yesterday I had a fight with Laura Vlasblom (another member of Airforce, red.) but as we are friends, we can say anything to eachother. After two minutes, we made it up again”.
The trio Trinity United is looking forward to tonight's show. They are tonight's first participants with Go. “We changed something in the arrangement of the song to make it more powerful”, they told us. The girls in green will wear the same dresses tonight, but in case of a victory red, white and blue are “an option for Kiev”.
Meanwhile, Barbara Lok is searching for her dress. At the moment we are writing this, she can't find it! If there is anyone who knows where it is, please let us know! Tiffany will not wear a dress tonight, but what she will wear is a well-kept secret.
Later this afternoon we'll publish an interview with Johnny 'Mr. Eurovision' Logan. Stay tuned for more!
