Tonight, the Netherlands will select its participant for the 2005 Eurovision Song Contest. 12 songs have been selected during the past four semifinals, but only one can win!

The 12 songs
Seven ballads and five uptempo songs. Nine songs in English, two in Dutch and one in Frysian (song number 4). The following twelve performers will appear on stage tonight performing their song (in running order):

2. Renée en Dennis – One look
3. Chastity – Baby it�s you
4. Meänder – Tusken skimmer en ljocht (Between dawn and light)
5. Femme Vocale – Stay
6. Barbara Lok – Tranen in de stilte (Tears in silence)
7. Yvette – Someone like you
8. Johnny Rosenberg – When forever ends
9. Glennis Grace – My impossible dream
10. Darre – De liefde (The love)
11. Tiffany – Tomorrow
12. Airforce – How does it feel

Selection
The winner will be selected through televoting (50%) and five juries. Each of the three jury members (Cornald Maas, Esther Hart and Paul de Leeuw) gives points in Eurovision Song Contest format (12, 10, 8-1), a jury of Radio 2 listeners gives points and an international jury gives points too. A total of 290 points (5 times 12, 10, 8-1) will be given by the jury members, the televoting percentages will be converted to 290 points. A total amount of 580 points will be given, the one with the highest amount of points goes to Kiev!
