BTRC, the Belarussian national broadcaster has informed Esctoday.com that the 2013 Eurovision national final will be held next December.  The broadcaster has  published the rules and regulations for their 2013  Eurovision national selection on their official website earlier today.  The semifinal is scheduled to be held next November whilst the final will be held in December. The exact dates will be announced soon.

Singers, artists and composers can send their applications to BTRC until the 22nd of October. BTRC has informed Esctoday.com that a special press conference is scheduled to he held at the BTRC studios in Minsk on the 3rd  of October in order to officially present the 2013 Belarussian Eurovision Song Contest project.
