For the show dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the Eurovision Song Contest, already 28 broadcasters have subscribed. This means, that they will broadcast the two-hour programme. Broadcasters can subscribe “practically until the show starts”, Svante Stockselius said to esctoday.com.

Stockselius, executive supervisor of the contest at the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), announced that more information will be made public soon. Within weeks, the Reference Group meets again to talk about the anniversary show, which will take place in Copenhagen on 22nd October, 2005.
Working title
The contest's supervisor also announced that the current name for the show, Extravaganza, is just a working title. An official name has not yet been selected.
