The Netherlands and Norway both announced the dates on which their national selections for the 2005 Junior Song Contest take place.
The selection for the Norwegian Junior Eurovision Song Contest representative, Melodi Grand Prix Junior, is scheduled for 28th May, 2005. The deadline to submit songs to broadcaster NRK is 15th February.
Although there are no dates yet for any semifinals, the final of the Junior Nationaal Songfestival has been set. The Dutch junior candidate will be selected on 24th September, the deadline for submitting songs is 1st April.
The 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest takes place in Hasselt, Belgium.
