The winner of the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest was only known for some seconds when Flemish broadcaster VRT announced that next year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest will take place on 26th November in Belgium.

The location however is still kept secret and will only be announced next Tuesday on a press conference held by VRT and RTBF. The Flemish and French speaking broadcasters will cooperate for the organization of next year's Junior Eurovision Song Contest that will be held on 26th November 2005.

To select the Belgian entry, the Flemings and Walloons see it big and will organize an all Belgian final for the first time in history. Until now, Flanders and Wallonia seperately selected the Belgian entries for the (Junior) Eurovision Song Contest by taking turns. The next weeks, advertisements will appear in news papers, magazines and on TV to make the Belgian kids warm for a participation in the Belgian selections for the 2005 Junior Eurovision Song Contest.
