Walloon broadcaster RTBF, responsible for the Belgian entry at next year's Eurovision Song Contest, has made an appeal to the established Belgian artists to propose an original song that could represent Belgium in Kiev.
RTBF noticed an evolution in the Eurovision Song Contest and doesn't want to lag behind in Kiev. Therefore they made an appeal to the established Belgian artists to submit songs, preferably in French.
Songs should be submitted to the RTBF Eurovision headquarters in Liège before Wednesday 15th December at 18.00 CET. The artists as well as the composers should have the Belgian nationality or be a resident in Belgium for at least 3 years.
After 15th January 2005, RTBF will decide in which way the Belgian song for the Eurovision Song Contest 2005 will be selected.
