Tallinn will organize a free of charge people's ESC in Tallinn's old-town. Details about the contest will soon be announced.

There will be entertainment programs and a medieval market in the old-town of Tallinn.The summer cafes will also be open then.
The other Estonian towns won't organize anything. But they say that they won't say no to any good ideas.
