Spanish singer Nina will star in the Spanish version of the Abba musical Mamma Mia!. Nina represented Spain at the Eurovision Song Contest in 1989 with the song Nacida para amar and became principal of the Spanish Operación Triunfo Academy.
Spanish singer Nina will play the leading part in the Spanish version of the Abba musical Mamma Mia!. The musical scene is no undiscovered territory for Nina, as she played leading roles in several Spanish musicals before. In Mamma Mia! she will play Donna Sheridan, the mother role in the musical.
The Abba musical was performed for the first time in London on 6th April 1999 to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Abba's triumph at the Eurovision Song Contest. By now it has become a worldwide success, currently playing in 15 countries all over the world. Almost 20 million people have seen Mamma Mia!.
