Monaco has not yet decided if they will participate again at next years Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev. Monegasque broadcaster TMC told our colleagues of songfestival.web-log.nl that they will only take a decision in a couple of weeks.
Monaco returned to the Eurovision Song Contest this year in Istanbul after they hadn't participated for a period of 24 years. With Notre planète, the Monegasque representative Märyon however wasn't successful and ended only 20th in the qualifier round.
Whether Monaco will participate again next year is not certain yet. The Monegasque broadcaster TMC announced that they have not taken a decision yet and that they will decide in a couple of weeks.
All countries wishing to participate at the Eurovision Song Contest in Kiev next year should inform the European Broadcasting Union before 30th September 2004.
