Like Antique participated for Greece last year – they came from Sweden – now a Swedish group will perform in the Turkish national final. Their name: Dolunay.
The group will perform the song 'Güneþ Doðarken' (While the sun is rising). The members are Funda Tekcan, Aslan Ekmekci, Akin Bayraktaoglu and Eric Arnolds. They believe that they will win the Turkish national final. Just like Antique said last year, it would be “a strange feeling to compete against Sweden in the Eurovision Song Contest, in case if we win”.
The Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet also wroted that the song has been performed recently in Göteborg.
The Turkish national final will be held somewhere next month.
