Their participation at the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2003 in Copenhagen was the start of an beautiful career for the Belgian representatives Xink. After two big chart hits, their third single >Laat me vrij has been chosen to be the official theme song of Garfield The Movie in Flanders and the Netherlands.
Laat me vrij is Xink's third single and ready to equal the success of their two previous singles De vriendschapsband (their Junior Eurovision entry) and Oh-Oh. Both singles easily reached the top 10 of the Flemish single charts.
On top of that all the makers of Garfield The Movie have chosen Laat me vrij as offcial theme song of the movie in Flanders and The Netherlands. The video of Laat me vrij has been mixed with images from Garfield The Movie and can already be seen in the Flemish and Dutch cinemas or on Xink's official website.
Xink's debut album will be released in September.
