The Eurovision Broadcasting Union's website recently pubished its magazine called Diffusion Online. In the latest edition, the online magazine focusses on the backstage stories of the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest in Istanbul.
The latest edition of Diffusion Online reveals an interesting detail about the green room which was initially built on the arena's floor. Later, when the production team noticed the green room was blocking the projection of images on the rear part of the stage, the green room was rebuilt on 11 meters high stilts, making it 'The highest green room ever in the history of the contest', as the magazine explained.
