The German newspaper Süddeutsche Zeitung published an interview with the Kelly Family, where they said they are selected for the German national final.
It's expected that boadcaster NDR will announch the participants for the national final Tuesday in a press conference.
The Kelly Family is well-known in Europe and scored many hits in Germany, but also in other countries such as Belgium and The Netherlands. According to the interview, they're looking forward to participate. “Maybe naked”, one of the family members joked. One of them noted that “many Eurovision songs are crap and that the chances for Germany are high in case if they go to Tallinn”.
In case if they win the national final in Germany, they have to cancel a concert in The Netherlands (Enschede) on May 25.
