Knut Anders won Norway's Melodi Grand Prix with his song High, and will now proceed to represnt Norway in the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest.
Knut Andres succeeded in qualifying to tonight's super-final in Norway's Melodi Grand Prix, along with Wig Wam, Rebecca and Arlene Wilkes.
Norway is a direct participant in this year's Eurovision Song Contest's final, to be held in Istanbul on May 15th.
