After the Israeli broadcaster IBA wrote a complaint about the Eurovision Song Contest's new format to the European Broadcasting Union (EBU), also the Dutch broadcaster NOS did.

According to the news at Radio 1 (NL), the main part of the complaint is about announcing the results of the qualifier round, which takes place on Wednesday 12th May, half an hour before the final. NOS wrote that it's not possible for the artists and commentators to prepare for the final.

For the first time the Eurovision Song Contest exists of two televised shows, the first one to qualify 10 countries for the actual final of the Eurovision Song Contest. The original idea of the EBU and host broadcaster TRT is to announce the qualifier round winners just moments before the final on Saturday.
