Yesterday and last night we encountered some problems on the server from which your daily eurovision centre gets served. You may have noticed this from the high frequency of error messages. More problems came up while sending our ePaper.

At this moment, most problems are solved and we are not expecting a lot more downtime for the server. The mailing we sent out yesterday arrived in some mailboxes in a very dubious matter, a lot of black boxes with no visible text. When this initial problem was solved, another came up this morning. The now corrected ePaper was being delivered in mailboxes more than one time.

In order to fix this, we had to stop the entire mailing and restart it. The problems may also have caused some of the “password reminder” and “welcome as a memeber” mails to be delivered later than usual or, in some cases, not at all.

Through this news item we would like to apologise to you for any inconvenience caused by this. At this moment we are sending the last 4000 ePapers, they should be delivered oon.
