Roxane has won the third semifinal in Flanders, Belgium. With her song Television game she let the other six competitors far behind.
Roxane impressed the audience with a heavy electropop song called Television game. Dressed in leather and mini-skirt she delivered the most impressive act of the night. For that she received the maximum 9 points from all juries, except from the Radio 2 jury that gave their 9 points to runner-up Astrid.
Roxane is 24 years old and was elected Miss Antwerp in 1998. She started her career in the Flemish pop groupe Spirit and went solo in 2002. Her first three solo singles became big radio hits in Flanders and her first full album Naked is about to be released.
The second place tonight was for Astrid. The Idols participant scored 38 points which gives her high chances to belong to the best three runners-up of Eurosong 2004 and thus a ticket for the final.
