Nathaly Schwarm-Bronson of the EBU has confirmed that all 24 provisional participants have confirmed participation for the Eurovision Song Contest 2002.
The list of provisional participant changed a few times during the past months. Israel and Portugal were added after many complained that 22 participants was 'not enough'. Portugal resigned, Latvia is in now.
Next week, Friday November 9, ETV will present the order of participation.
