Varvara's fans are surprised and amazed on their pop-princess starting her new dance project with Jesis Perez and Amaya Martynez. They are from Barcelona's Academia de Artisitas and the authors of the Spanish Eurovision Song Contest entry Dime (2003).
Varvara and the Spanish lyrics duo came across each other through the fanclub OGAE Russia.
“The Spanish seem to be attracted with European character of my songs. Though at this stage I am to work on Dime in Russian. I even had to adapt the English lyrics. The song looks like a new turn in my music career”, she sais.
There are constant contacts among OGAE clubs throughout Europe. Every year they have the OGAE Song Contest and Varvara always participated in the Russian preselection for it and may try her luck in it this year.
