Icelandic singer Hera Björk has been announced as the country’s spokesperson for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025 Grand Final. She will reveal the Icelandic jury’s points during the live broadcast on 17 May.

Hera Björk is no stranger to the Eurovision stage. She represented Iceland in 2010 with Je ne sais quoi, finishing 19th in the final. In 2024, she returned to the contest with Scared of Heights, though the song did not advance beyond the semi-finals.

Expressing her enthusiasm for the role, Hera Björk stated:

It is a true honor for me to be able to play this role this year, and I am really looking forward to maybe getting to try out some of the classic famous French phrases that are part of the competition and give Europe the Icelandic Dúse púaaa of the jury this year.

Iceland’s entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2025, RÓA by VÆB, successfully advanced from the first semi-final and will compete in the Grand Final alongside representatives from 25 other countries.
