Ilona Berzina, ESC international coordinator for Latvian TV, contacted ESCTODAY.COM and forwarded us a following information.
In Latvia, songs should be submitted by November 30th at 17:00. They will be evaluated by the international jury by December 14th.
Depending on the jury's selection, Latvian TV will decide upon number of semi-finals. For the first time, semi-finals will be televised from several
regions of Latvia.
The National Final will take place on March 2. It will be live broadcast and the winning song will be selected, most probably, by 100% televoting.
Some slight changes are still possible. That would depend on the preselection results.
