Jean Paul Gaultier, the French top fashion designer, who designed Dana International's legendary outfit for the 1998 Eurovision Song Contest, met her last week in Paris. The singer selected two of the designer's dresses, to perform with in Dusseldorf.

Back in Birmingham 1998, when Israel's victory in the Eurovision Song Contest was announced, the winner Dana International ran to her dressing room, to switch into Gaultier's unique parrot feathers outfit. Dana reprised the winning song 'Diva', wearing that dress, an image which stays legendary in Eurovision's history. That dress is today on display, in one of Paris' museums.

The Israeli singer and the French designer met a few days ago in Paris, to revive their Eurovision cooperation. Dana International selected two of Gaultier's creations, to perform with in the upcoming Eurovision Song Contest in Dusseldorf. The outfits will only be exposed in the contest.
