Bonsoir Paris! The Eurovision season is definitely getting to its most interest phase as many national broadcasters reveal more and more details and even announce national finalist acts. Tonight we’ll move to France to watch the first semi-final of Destination Eurovision.

Just last week we discovered the allocation draw for the two semi finals of the French televised national selection. Let’s tune in tonight to watch the first half of the contenders perform live. Here is the list of tonight’s acts, as they are going to perform on stage:

Semi-final 1

1. Battista Acquaviva – Passiò
2. Lautner – J’ai pas le temps
3. Chimène Badi – Là-haut
4. Aysat – Comme une grande
5. Mazy – Oulala
6. Florina – In the shadow
7. Bilal Hassani – Roi
8. Naestro – Le brasier
9. Silvàn Areg – Le Petit Nicolas

Four acts will advance to the Final, scheduled on 26 January 2019. Results will be determined by public televoting (50%) and a five-member international jury panel (50%). As with last year, famous French-Canadian singer Garou will host the three shows.

The first semi final will start tonight at 21:00 CET on France 2 and TV5 Monde.
