A 30 seconds snippet of this year's French entry Sognu sung by Amaury Vassili, was leaked on the internet two days before the official presentation of the song. The single was digitally released by Warner Music France on Amazon.fr.
France decided to select its Eurovision representative internally. Just like last year, the performer and song were chosen by the French broadcaster France 3. For the second time in the history of the Eurovision Song Contest, a Corsican language song be performed on stage. One of world's youngest professional tenors, Amaury Vassili, will sing his song entitled Sognu at the final of Europe's favourite music show.
Two days before the official presentation of Sognu, the French entry was leaked on the internet after Warner Music France released the official single on amazon.fr. The song written by Daniel Moyne, Quentin Bachelet and Jean-Pierre Marcellesi will premiere on March 7th during the broadcast of the Chabada variety show starting at 20:30 CET.
