Evelina Sasenko will represent Lithuania in the 2011 Eurovision Song Contest with the song C'est ma vie. A total of thirteen acts competed tonight in the Lithuanian national final.
The Lithuanian selection show for Eurovision 2011 featured two parts – the first one, where all songs were performed, and the superfinal featuring three acts. The overall winner has been decided by jury voting alone, while the three superfinalists were chosen by a combination of jury and televoting.
Evelina Sasenko is no stranger to the Lithuanian Eurovision selections as she already competed last year, ending up on the 3rd place. Another big name tipped to represent the Baltic country in Düsseldorf was Ruta Sciogolevaite, who already has extensive experience in the local Eurovision business. She has taken third place in tonight's show.

Our readers were very close to predict the actual outcome of the Lithuanian national final. Evelina Sasenko came 2nd in the poll, just missing out the first place by just 0.4%. The top ranked participant was Ruta Sciogolevaite with 26%. Second was Evelina with 25.4% and third Linas Adomaitis with 10.5%. Therefore, all three 'superfinalists' were correctly predicted by the voters.
