The European Broadcasting Union confirmed today that all 24 participants confirmed their participation for this year.
Officially, the participants have time until October 31 to withdraw without consequences (according to Article 1 point 2).
Dutch fans are in the middle of a discussion. According to them, Latvia and the Netherlands have the same right to enter the contest. Both countries had the same amount of points last year. The rules say that the country with most times 12 points won, but Dutch fans say this rule is only to select the winner.
