Emmy, the 2011 Armenian representative has revealed that Mihran, who was her partner at last year's Armenian Eurovision 2010 national final when they achieved a 2nd placing just behind Eva Rivas, with their song Hey, will accompany her on stage in Düsseldorf.

Armradio,am, the public radio of Armenia, reports that Emmy will be performing in Düsseldorf along her friend Mihran. Mihran is a well known singer in Armenia. Emmy is currently waiting to select the songs she will perform at the 2011 Eurovision national final. Armenian national broadcaster has made an open call for composers to submit their entries. Whilst more than 40 songs have been submitted, the Armenian broadcaster has extended its deadline to the 23rd of January.

Armenia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2006 with Andre, and since always qualified to the Eurovision final. Armenia's best placing at the Eurovision Song Contest has been with Sirusho in 2008 and her song Qele qele.
