Esctoday.com collected some funny details about the voting of the Eurovision Song Contest 2003, partly thanks to our forum visitors.
First of all, it appears that the songs of the top three – Turkey, Belgium and Russia – have all been selected internally instead of in a national final. Besides that, also Cyprus, Israel, Portugal and Ukraine selected internally.
Last year's top three was Latvia, Malta and the United Kingdom(a shared third place with Estonia). This year, Latvia ended up 24th, followed by Malta on the 25th place and the United Kingdom on the last position.
