After it had been postponed twice, the dates for the first edition of Our sound: The Asia-Pacific Song Contest, a spin-off of the Eurovision Song Contest, have been set. The first show with the presentation of the songs will be aired on 26th November while the results show will take place on 28th November.
After the presentation show on 26th November, the viewers are invited to take part in the voting via SMS and internet voting. The voting format will be the same as in the Eurovision Song Contest with the top ten of each country being awarded 1-8, 10 and 12 points. The contest will take place in Mumbai, India.

- Hong Kong
- India (host country)
- Indonesia
- Malaysia
- New Zealand
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Taiwan
- Thailand
- Vietnam
The contest will be broadcast in 44 countries. Therefore, a maximum of three billion people are able to watch the programme.
