According to the first indications of the esctoday.com BigPoll, Armenia is emerging as a front runner to win the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo. The country has been steadily gaining in polls all week. Germany, Azerbaijan, Turkey and Israel are all in the frame to win the crown.
The first indications show Armenia and Azerbaijan locked together in a close race for the title, along with Germany, Israel and Turkey who are also gaining pace in the polls. Belgium, Denmark, Greece, Iceland and ROmania are all in with a chance of victory according to the first predictions.
Whilst predictions have only just begun for the final, early indications are showing that the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest winner is likely to take fewer votes than in the last three years as votes are spread more evenly across leading countries.
Readers are reminded that you should predict how your own country votes. Take into consideration how the juries may effect the outcome and voting tendencies. Prizes for the closest predictions will be awarded after the contest.
