Spain’s 2016 Eurovision representative, Barei, proclaims “It wasn’t me” in her latest musical release of the year. Now, you can check out the official music video of the newest single, Wasn’t me!

Barei has certainly had a busy year, having released a total of 5 tracks independently in 2017 such as her popular track, I don’t need to be you.

Now, the singer is back at the end of her hectic year with the music video to one of the newest release, this time being for Wasn’t me.

Wasn’t me was actually released way back in June this year, unveiled on many different platforms in the summer time.

However now, over the festive period, we can now view the official music video of the Spanish artist’s single!

Alongside Barei herself, the Wasn’t me clip features a total of 5 talented dancers from across the country: Sebastián Linares, Estefy Brondo, Rubén Balboa, Marta Solano and Steven Carrera.

The dancers expressed the emotion of the song throughout the video, visually interpreting turbulent relationships through their choreography in the sea.

Barei published a special thank you message to the dancers following the music video release.

Barei at Eurovision 2016

Last month, Barei visited the Operación Triunfo 2017 academy to give an incite into her life following her participation at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest, revealing her delight at being given the opportunity to appear on such a known stage.

The singer was selected via a national selection to represent Spain at the 2016 edition of the competition, winning the competition with her entry Say yay!.

With Spain being an automatic qualifier to the Grand Final of the competition, the singer received a total of 77 points in the final, therefore finishing in 22nd place. Despite her placing, Barei’s iconic dance moves and choreography became a talking point at the competition among fans and viewers.
