Last night’s security breach during the Grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest, saw a well known notorious Ukranian prankster accessing the stage while last year’s reigning singer was performing her latest single. The prankster, Vitalii Sediuk, got arrested and now faces the charges of imprisonment for up to 5 years and pay a fine.

It was the moment Jamala, the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest winner, was expecting the whole year after her victory in Stockholm. The singer had prepared her new music to share it with the Eurovision viewers but still, an intruder managed to bypass the security guards and get on the stage while Jamala was presenting to the world her new song.

The prankster is now detained by the Ukrainian authorities for 72 hours and soon he will be facing the charges of this prank.

Vitalii Sediuk is famous for his pranks as last year he assaulted Kim Kardashian and Gigi Hadid during their visits in Paris.

History repeating

Back in 2010, it was the famous prankster Jimmy Jump who made it to the Eurovision stage, during the performance of Daniel Diges with the song Algo Pequeñito.

What do you think of this incident? Should Vitalii Sediuk face harsh charges for his prank?
