UK's entry to this year's Eurovision Song Contest, the Liverpudlian duo Jemini, have to look for a new name as German website eurovisionsongcontest.de reports today. An american hip hop artist holds the legal rights to the name and forbid the british duo to use it by injunction.

Together with the british tabloid paper The Daily Star, Jemini are holding a poll now in search of a new name. Readers of that paper could choose between Sunrize, Jemani and Sapphire and write an e-mail to [email protected] with their favorite name.

This is the second change of name for Chris Cromby and Gemma Abbey, who originally started as Tricity. This name was occupied by a british dishwasher company, so they had to rename themselves for the final of A Song for Europe.
