The first qualification round for Melodifestivalen 2002 will be held on February 12, 2002.
This round is the first out of a tour of four. The four cities for the qualification rounds will be made public within the next two weeks.
Lots of former Melodifestivalen related artists are showing interest in participating this year.
The Melodifestivalen is the Swedish national selection for the Eurovision Song Contest.
