According to yahoo.es, Andorra decided to postpone its entrance to the Eurovision Song Contest, in one year at least.
The government of Andorra together with the director of the Andorran Broadcaster RTVA, Enric Castellet, announced that Andorra won't be an active participant in the 2004 Eurovision Song Contest.
Nevertheless, Andorra will broadcast the 48th festival live from Riga as a passive participant.
