Hot favorite Eurovision Song Contest 2009 entrant Alexander Rybak is a character in the 3rd episode of a cartoon published by the web site of Norway's biggest newspaper VG.
The hero of the cartoon is in fact Jan Thomas, a 42 year old Norwegian stylist who has become a celebrity. He recently married his assistant, Kristoffer, who is22 years his junior. Jan Thomas released a single some time ago, which was slaughtered by the critics.
“Fanthomas” – a pun made on Jan Thomas’s own name and novel hero Fantomas – tells the story of the stylist in search of fame. Here’s the link to the episode.The cartoon is in Norwegian (some parts in English) but everyone will understand.
