Earlier today ORF revealed that that Nathan Trent will represent Austria at the forthcoming 2017 Eurovision Song Contest in Kyiv next year. Let’s get to know the Austrian lad a bit more.
The 24 year multi talented young singer was born in Innsbruck and speaks fluent German, English, Italian and French.
He likes to write songs as it gives him freedhom, he says that freedom is the main inspiration for an artist. Nathan writes music for himself. Nathan composes, writes, arranges and sings his own songs. He goes on to say that the essence of songwriting is making things be heard that can’t be spoken. The 2017 Austrian entry will be released in February next year. Nathan Trent has been selected internally by ORF in order to fly the Austrian flag at the 2017 ESC in Kyiv come May.
The 2017 Eurovision Song Contest is scheduled 9, 11 and 13 May at the IEC in Kyiv, Ukraine.
