FYR Macedonia’s last qualification was in 2012, finishing in 13th place.
It’s been over 4 years since FYR Macedonia’s last qualification in the Eurovision Song Contest, last appearing in the Grand Final of the competition in 2012 with Kaliopi’s Crno i belo.
The country has since seen a run of non-qualifications over the years to follow, recently only just missing out on the Grand Final following Kaliopi’s return to the contest who went on to finish in 11th position in the second semi-final.
With MRT opening a call for submissions for Kyiv, will 2017 be the year we see FYR Macedonia in the Grand Final of the competition?
