The European Broadcasting Union has released a video animation of what would be the Eurovision 2009 stage in Moscow. The stage, designed by John Casey, will feature a series of mobile elements and LED screens which will create the impression of a glittering cascade.

LED screens will not only be set up in the stage itself, but also in the background, making it appear even bigger. Part of those screens will be fixed to the floor where the artists will perform and climbing to the ceiling, simulating a cascade. Others will be installed right above the stage, depicting a circle. These elements will be mobile and will allow to break the circle to change the appearance of every performance.
