As Sweden prepares for the biggest television musical event of the year in the country, Swedes and Eurovision Song Contest fans in London prepare to unite to make the most of the event. More than 70,000 Swedes live in the city, the fifth largest population outside of Sweden.

Once again, London's Swedish Pub, the Harcourt Arms, is a complete sell out as expats in London flock to watch the show in town. Many British fans are arriving in Stockholm today to see the show on Saturday night. Three dressed as Starpilots were spotted at Heathrow airport today.

The next UKeurovision Schlager Party, featuring all of the 2009 Melodfestivalen songs will take place at The Enclave in London on Friday 27th March. Tickets are already on sale and selling fast after the BBC filmed at the event last month. Visitors will be able to see footage on the BBC website and possibly on BBC television in the near future.

Tickets from the next UKeurovision Schlager Party are onsale through the official website at www.schlagerparty.co.uk now. There is also a Melodifestivalen blog where Primzi is writing about all the rehearsals from Melodifestivalen 2009.
