Patrick Ouchène, this year's Belgian entrant, receives a big helping hand from famous cartoonist Philippe Geluck. The cat which can be seen in Ouchène's video is a super star in all French-speaking countries. If it will appear on stage in Mocow in any way has not been revealed yet.

Philippe Geluck began his career as an actorand he later worked as comedian and as a TV presenter. He also has a real drawing talent and Le Chat made its first appearances in Belgian daily programma Le soir in the 1980s. It soon became a famous comic hero. A first album was published in 1986. The 22nd was released last year under the title Une vie de chat (A cat's life).

Patrick Ouchène will represent Belgium in the first semi final of the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest on 12th May with his song Copycat.
