The Dutch National Final will take place this Sunday. As reported before, De Toppers will sing 6 up tempo songs, selected out of 350 songs. The song for Moscow will be chosen by a professional jury and by televoting. The names of all jury members were revealed today, together with the names of all special guests.

The show willstart at 20.20(CET) and will be broadcasted live by TROS through channel 1, NED1. During the voting viewers can watch Paul de Leeuw's TV show and at 22.20 the winning song will be announced. Host of the national final is Jack van Gelder.

Many former Dutch representatives will be present: Saskia en Serge (Tijd – ESC 1971), Ben Cramer (De oude muzikant – ESC 1973), Heddy lester (De mallemolen – ESC 1977), Teach In (Ding a dong – ESC 1975), Bill van Dijk (Jij en Ik – ESC 1982), Frizzle Sizzle's Laura Vlasblom (Alles heeft ritme – ESC 1986), Rosina Brochard from Harmony ('t Is OK – ESC 1978)and Marga Bult (Rechtop in de wind – ESC 1987). It's not known yet if some of them will perform as well.

The jury will be formed by Tatjana Simic (actress and singer), Daniel Dekker (radio dj), Emile Hartkamp (lyricist and producer), Getty Kaspers (leading singer of the 1975 winning song Ding a dong) and Tony Berk (managing director of a record company and former dj). The jury will have a third say in the votingand televoting will decide the remaining two third of the result.
