Franka Batelic, winner of OGAE Song Contest 2008, will perform on Croatian national pre-selection for the first time this year.

After spending her Christmas holidays in Tunisia, she has started with preparations for upcoming Dora performance. She is very excited about singing at Dora because she is a true ESC fan and knows much about Dora history.

Choreography for her entry Pjesma za kraj (Song for the End) will be made by Ivona Perkov. She is also collaborating with stylists Viktor Drago and Elfsi. Her song was composed by BorisDurdevic and Miro Buljan, while lyrics were written by Nenad Nincevic.

It is the same team that made Ruza u kamenu, which won in last edition of OGAE Song Contest. In song, Franka is singing about leaving her unfaithful boyfriend, and describes song as "modern, catchy pop".

Her priority is to sing the song as best as possible, and if she wins, she says it would be an honour for her to represent Croatia on Eurosong. The premiere of Pjesma za kraj is scheduled for this afternoon, when it will be aired in "Turky Party", radio show on Croatian Radio.
