Attention please, because three things changed in the British selection for the Eurovision Song Contest 2003. Esther Hart, who is in the running for the Dutch Eurovision ticket, has been replaced by the group United Colours of Sound who backed up Jessica Garlick on her video of Come back. The song title, Wait for the moment, changed into Now and forever, although it is still the same song.
The group Tricity, which will sing Cry baby changed it's name into Jemini.
The BBC will also work with regional televoting this year to reflect the regional tastes of the UK population. The website eurosong.be wrote that “this is a clear sign the BBC takes the Eurovision Song Contest a bit more serious”. The final of A Song for Europe 2003 will take place on March 2nd in the London Television Centre.
